SOHO NIGHT CLUB
The Ruben Lee Dalton Band will be having a very special event on March 22nd at SOHO NIGHT CLUB with guest artists Lois Mahalia (touring artist with Joe Walsh, Kenny Loggins, Joe Sample, to name a few), and keyboard/composer virtuoso, Brian Mann (Kenny Loggins, Michael McDonald, Larry Carlton, Oingo Boingo, etc.). The band has never been more enthused and on fire with this infusion of talent. These artists joining us for this event will make for a show "not to be missed". New songs by Ruben, new songs by Lois, duets and harmonies, a night of both acoustic finesse and radical rocking out. Come out and check it out for yourselves. See you there!!!

The Ruben Lee Dalton Band is going to be rockin it at the Los Olivas Country Days Saturday, October 21st, 11:30 to 2:45, with our Southern California Rock blend of original music and cover songs. The Ruben Lee Dalton Band is so pleased to announce our gigging at this new venue for us. This place is beautiful, the art, the food, the vibe! The stage is so cool, hanging above the bar. This is one you've got to see. We'll be "bringing it" Friday night, 9:30 to 12:30, so take a nap if you have to and come on out to this very cool club...and oh, bring your dancing shoes and your tail feathers!...we'll be rockin' it as usual!

The Ruben Lee DaltonBand is coming back to SOHO for a CD2 release party! Turquoise And Silver has taken us two years of intense creative effort and ready to be released into the Universe. We are going to make this a special event with all our auxiliary band members joining us on the stage. Our sound will be at it's biggest and best. The doors will open at 7:00pm. This is a dinner show so get there early, have a drink or two, dinner, and say hello to the band and relax. We promise you a great evening of more Ruben Lee Dalton original music. Copies of our new CD will be given to all who attend, so come on out Thursday, October 12th and sing, dance and groove with us. See you there!

It has been almost exactly a year since we last played Standing Sun, and we are so looking forward to returning with our new CD, Turquoise & Silver. The new CD is a bit of a departure from our last with more focus on "groove", although not without our trademark "rock" and "folkrock ballad" songs. Please come on out and check out our new songs, all written and produced by Ruben Lee Dalton and Bear Erickson at the Erickson Sound Lab in Buellton. Dinner and great wine is available, come have a glass with us!

The Ruben Lee Dalton Barn Party
On November 11th we are launching the RLD Barn/theater, headquarters for the band, as an official venue for music. You're going to love this venue, somewhat reminiscent of Cold Spring Tavern, only a little roomier. The band will be playing many of our new songs on the barn stage from 7 to ?, plus many of our first CD favorites. Cal Taco will be there if you choose to purchase dinner and eat with us, as will a bar (specifics for the bar yet to be determined). We are asking for $10 at the door to cover some of the expenses. We suggest you arrive buy 5:30 for parking and dinner. The sun sets at 4:58, and we are in the country, i.e. no street lights. There is plenty of parking and we will direct you as to where...we suggest bringing a flashlight if possible.

(The directions to the Barn are misleading: once you make the turn off of Jonata Road through the gates and on to Bobcat Springs Road, continue straight for 1.9 miles, look for signs a long the way, and amber lights at the entrance to the driveway. GPS and the Google Map are not quite that correct.)

We have been looking forward to playing Molly's for months. This venue is perfect for the RLD band's music. Molly is one of the few venues that only books bands that play "original music". So here we go, our 1st voyage into LA with a trunk full of our newest and/or favorite songs. Santa Ynez HS Music Fundraiser Little Theater, SANTA YNEZ, CA
This gig holds a special place for us. Most of us grew up here in Santa Ynez. This show directly benefits the Santa Ynez High School Music Department. Thousands of dollars were raised last year and we are so excited to be headlining the rock night.
Please come early to catch the other bands as well! We should be on stage sometime around 8pm.
